INTERNATIONAL FOUNDERS TALK APRIL 2023

The International Founders Talk is a lecture series in which experts and industry professionals give an online talk on entrepreneurship topics once a semester. In a relaxed atmosphere, successful founders and other players in the startup scene talk about their experiences as founders, the startup culture and the ecosystem in their country. In the past, the International Founders Talk did already focus on Israel, and Belgium, for example. The event is structured as follows: Each semester, at least two speakers from different countries will talk about various startup topics such as the startup ecosystem, their own startup, and startup culture. Afterwards, they are available for an interactive Q&A session.

The International Founders Talk takes place online from 1 p.m. through 2 p.m. CET on two dates each semester.
Participation is free of charge.

Professional background:
In the beginning of her career, Laurcence worked in the film distribution as communication officer (press officer for Warner Bros, coordination officer at the European Film Festival of Brussels, and project officer at Cineart in the DVD department). Afterwards she started to work as a life coach (focused on women empowerment), business coach (implementing a cooperation model in organizations using ludomanagement techniques), and entrepreneurial coach (for students and unemployed people).

Interests:
Laurence loves art, especially books and films. She enjoys spending time in nature, going on walks and cycling. Her hobbies are creative writing and cooking. Laurence lives in Brussels and is the mother of two children (son of 23 and daughter of 16). She also owns a dog.
